FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Usually 100 pcs per style per color for most categories. For a new cooperation we can discuss lower trial quantities.

How long does sampling take?

7–10 days for a counter sample after we receive your design and confirm the fabric. Bulk production is typically 25–40 days depending on quantity and season.

Can you make our own brand labels and packaging?

Yes. We produce custom woven labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and gift boxes so your goods arrive retail ready.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM: we produce to your design. ODM: our designers develop styles for your brand based on the market you sell to.

What payment terms do you accept?

30% deposit and 70% before shipment for most orders. Terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide by sea, air or express. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on what is easier for you.
